Philipp Hammig needs no introduction. He is part of a dynasty of expert flute makers that began with Johannes (1878–1934), then Paul, Johannes again, and finally Philipp (1888–1967) with his brother Richard August. Throughout the years the Hammigs worked together, they produced excellent instruments that were highly regarded. S. Gazzelloni played a Hammig. These are deep-sounding flutes with excellent action featuring various additional trills. This ebony flute is in excellent condition, has a beautiful tone typical of wood, and is an instrument handcrafted one by one by craftsmen who have passed their souls into it. It is up to you to bring it back to life with your breath of life.
