CAREFULLY EXAMINE

First of all, before purchasing, carefully examine the photos and read the description. I always clearly declare any defects in the instrument. Please ask if you would like additional photos or have any questions. Since I offer returns, let’s try to avoid the risk of shipping. Shipments are insured. The flutes are available for pickup at Milan Malpensa Airport. For expensive flutes, it’s worth flying to be able to inspect the instrument in person.

To complete the purchase process click “add to cart” and then click “proceed to checkout.” A page will open where you can enter your shipping details and billing information; on this page, you can check shipping costs. Finally, click “place order,” which will open a page with the bank information or Paypal details. Please note that bank transfers within Italy take three days and at least five for international transfers. As soon as I receive confirmation of the transfer, I will package and ship the flute within two days. I will immediately provide you with the tracking information.

INSURANCE IS COMPULSORY

Insurance is compulsory as there are always risks with shipping. I never had an item missed by the courier but I want that you and I have a transaction in complete peace of mind.
2,5% is a good price for tranquillity.

ITEM RETURN

Within 15 days you can send back the item. You pay the shipping, you pay the insurance and you pay import taxes in Italy if due. You must ship with the same courier I used. The item travels at your risk. Be aware that the cost of return from non UE countries is hight.
